The services we provided are customized to each business, meaning as an Accountant/Bookkeeper we can provide services from A to Z, but often times a business owners would like to be involved in the process, clients can do task from A to H then we can pickup from I to Z. We provide services in the business owners native language. We provide services in English and Spanish.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping services (data entry of all income & expenses, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, Monthly/Quarterly reports-Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, other specific financial reports)
- Sales tax filing – generate filing report and process sales tax payment
- Payroll Processing via payroll software* weekly/biweekly or monthly payroll, process Quarterly reports to proper entities
- QuickBooks training on desktop or online version- NEW to QB need to know the basics, we offer a 2hr BASIC training
- QuickBooks file setup- install & setup QB file to start working in the file
- Community Financial classes for Non-Profit organizations- facilitate financial class either a single session or as a course (5-10 weekly sessions)
